Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded as soon as the room(s) are ordered and promised or if a commitment is no longer possible due to time constraints.
Arrival and departure
Without a different written agreement, the room accommodation (check in time) is not possible before 4 pm on the day of arrival. The chek out time is until 10 o'clock. If you leave by 6 p.m., the full room rate must be paid.
The reimbursement of paid but unused services is not possible. If the rate of vat changes after conclusion of the contract, the agreed price changes accordingly.
For the reservation, the advance payment of 30% of the booked services can be requested. If advance payments requested by the hotel are not made on the requested date (unless an appointment - at the latest on arrival), this immediately releases the hotelier from agreements made. We do not accept credit cards!
Cancellation by the guest/customer
The rescission from the contract must be made in writing. Cancellation is free up to the 28th day before arrival (unless other conditions have been expressly agreed in writing). In case of cancellation between the 27th and 15th day before the arrival date, 50% will be charged on the room rate. For cancellations between the 14th and 4th day before arrival, we charge 70% of the room price. For cancellations from the 3rd day we will charge you 80% of the room rate and 60% for pension agreements (rooms with meals).
We are not liable for service disruptions in the area of external services that are only mediated.
The justification of errors, as well as of printing and calculation errors remains reserved. Verbal agreements only become effective when they have been confirmed in writing by the hotelier.
