Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded as soon as the room(s) is/are ordered and confirmed or, if a confirmation is no longer possible due to time constraints, made available.
Arrival and departure
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, it is not possible to check into the room before 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. The room must be returned (check out time) by 10 am. The full room price must be paid for departures before 6 pm.
Services, prices
Refunds for services paid for but not used are not possible. If the rate of statutory VAT changes after conclusion of the contract, the agreed price will change accordingly.
Payment
An advance payment of 30% of the booked services may be required for the reservation. If advance payments requested by the hotel are not made on the date requested (unless an appointment has been made – at the latest on arrival), this shall immediately release the hotelier from any agreements made.
The hotel accepts the following card payments: maestro, Mastercard and Visa.
Cancellation by the guest/orderer
All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to the 28th day before arrival (unless other conditions have been expressly agreed in writing). Cancellations between the 27th and 15th day before the arrival date will be charged 50% of the room price. If you cancel between the 14th and 4th day before arrival, we will charge 70% of the room price. If you cancel on or after the 3rd day, we will charge 80% of the room price and 60% for board and lodging agreements (room and board).
Liability
We are not liable for service disruptions in the area of third-party services that are merely arranged.
General information
We reserve the right to make errors, misprints and miscalculations. Verbal agreements only become effective once they have been confirmed in writing by the hotelier.
